Requirements

 

Below you'll find information concerning the most common requirements for a visa-application.

After selection of the appropriate visa at step 2 of the visa-selection-trajectory, the requirements for the visa-application will be shown.

Passport

For any visa-application, the original passport is required. The minimum validity of the passport will be shown after selection of the preferred visa at step 2 of the visa-selection-trajectory.

 

Photographs

For any visa-application, coloured photographs are required. The number, size and possible restrictions will be shown after selection of the preferred visa at step 2 of the visa-selection-trajectory.

Visa-applicationform

For any visa-application, completed and signed visa-applicationforms are required. Possible restrictions will be shown after selection of the preferred visa at step 2 of the visa-selection-trajectory. The visa-applicationforms can be printed at step 3 of the visa-selection-trajectory.

 

Letter of guarantee

For most businessvisa-applications, a signed letter of guarantee on stationary is required. In it, a Dutch company states financial and moral responsibility for the traveller in the country of destination (letter of guarantee example). Letter of invitation

For most businessvisa-applications, a signed letter of invitation on stationary from a company in the country of destination is required. Itinerary

For most visa-applications an itinerary with returnflights to the country of destination is required. Whether an itinerary is required and possible restrictions, will be shown after selection of the preferred visa at step 2 of the visa-selection-trajectory.
