Duration of stayThe duration of stay of a visa determines how many days after entrance the country must be left again. The various possibilities will be shown at step 2 of the visa-selection-trajectory. |
Length of applicationThe length of application determines when the visa will be completed after lodging and will be shown in the number of working days the embassy needs to complete the application. Regular closing days and/or holidays are not taken into account. The length of application varies depending on destination, objective and procedure.
